Deleting your account

Method 1 — in the app:

Open Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm the action.

Method 2 — by request:

Write to privacy@ashahug.app from the email linked to the account, subject "Account deletion".

What happens on deletion

Access to the account is terminated. Dialogues, context and personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 business days (unless longer retention is required by law). An active subscription will be cancelled automatically; refunds are handled per the Payment and Refund Policy.

Data subject rights (152-FZ)

Under arts. 14–17 of 152-FZ you may: receive information about the processing of your personal data (art. 14); request correction or blocking (art. 20); request destruction (art. 21); withdraw consent at any time; appeal the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.

How to submit a request

Send the request to privacy@ashahug.app. We are required to respond within 10 business days (art. 20 of 152-FZ). We may ask for identity confirmation when necessary.
